Peace be with you, our dear brothers and sisters!

We thank God for your love and support which you are showing to us for already such a long time. We are always thankful for all He is doing for us, and we pray that God will reward every one of those who give much more that he gave.

From our last letter which was in August there were some new activities which happened in our church. First of all, we had Thanksgiving Day. Teenagers and children from the church had prepared special programs, and also there was a time when each member, who had desire, thanked God for special blessings from that year. At the end there was a call to repentance, and some people received Jesus as their Savior. After the service we had a meal for all those who came, and a nice fellowship together. It was a great joy, both for us a church, and also for our visitors.

At Christmas we had programs both in the church, and outside. Here we have possibility to celebrate Christmas twice on 25 of December (which is celebrated here mostly by Protestant Christians, and on 7 of January, Orthodox Christmas, when all the rest of people celebrate it. We had possibility to have gifts prepared from Samaritan's Purse, and we were able to give them in 2 kindergartens, one school and in the church. We had very good response from everywhere, and people came to the church after the presentation we gave about Christmas. Also there were new doors for us to go into. With God's help we hope to continue going there, and to proclaim the Gospel, both to children and to the teachers.

Also I continue going to a village nearby Causheni called Carnateni. It is inhabited by almost 3000 people, but there are only about 5 born-again Christians in the village who are members in our church, and on Sundays they usually come to Causheni to the worship service. We go there on every Wednesday, and sometimes we have 2-3 people who don't know Jesus. There is a great need for prayer in that village, because all members have unbelieving spouses 3 women have unbelieving husbands, and one man has unbelieving wife, and also there is an elderly widow. Also there is a great need to pray for the man, who has cancer, and was operated many times, doctors not giving him much hope of survival. His name is Andrei

Also I started going into another village where we have 2 families of believers. We meet every week, when weather is permitting. When it is very icy, or when it rains hard it is difficult to get out of the village, because it is located in a deep valley, and the road is not paved. Please pray for that village too, because we had a man who went there before, but because of some ethical issues he is not going there anymore. Pray that God would open people's hearts, and they would see the need of going to those who don't know Jesus. Also pray that many other people would open their hearts, and would come to know Jesus.

Regarding our family, praise the Lord, we are all generally well. Our oldest son Ionatan, and daughter Lidia go to school, David and Abel (6 and 4) go to kindergarten, and Gabriel and Beniamin are home with mother. There is a need for prayer though for us, Iurie and Lena, for our health, because both of us have back problems, and sometimes it give us a great pain. Also in this winter, because of very low temperature, children got sick, and even they are better now, please continue praying for their protection and health.

Please continue supporting us in prayer. There is no greater joy for us to hear that someone is praying for us. These are the needs we ask you to pray:

  1. To be always filled with the Holy Spirit;
  2. To grow in the relationship with the Lord;
  3. For wisdom in ministry;
  4. For God's protection over our health, our children's health, and for all our possessions
  5. For the neighboring villages where there is no church

Thank you very much for praying and supporting us. May God bless and reward you.
